PRIVADO is located in the San Diego neighborhood, one of the most tranquil and exclusive areas of Cartagena’s Historic Center, close to the iconic Santo Toribio Church and Fernández de Madrid Square. Check-in is at 03:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. Hours before your arrival at the hotel, an access code for the front door and another access code for the room are emailed to you. In case the guest arrives before the check-in time, they will be able to access the hotel and ask the security staff to help them out with their luggage.
The late check-out service will be granted only if this or another room is available for this service at an extra cost of COP $120,000 per hour.
After doing the check-out, we will be able to store our guest’s luggage if required at no cost. This service must be coordinated with security and general services staff.
There is general cleaning service for rooms and common areas on a daily basis.
Sheets and towel replacement service is included for reservations longer than 4 nights and are done every two days.
In case the guests require additional sheets and additional towels, they can be purchased as an additional service.
Some of our rates include breakfast through a consumption voucher for COP $ 60,000 at the Candé Restaurant, located 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel (300 meters away).

PRIVADO is an exclusive hotel for adults. Children under 18 years of age and pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed under any circumstances to go in with people who are not registered at the time of booking.
Likewise, it is forbidden to receive “serenatas” or any type of musical group or band inside the property.
Smoking is prohibited in any space of the hotel. The common areas, even if they are open, are not enabled for the use of any type of cigarette
